![]() ![]() The Billing area shows your current and last statement details, Phone service details, autopay information, scheduled payments, last 12 months of statement history, and options to manage payment methods and paperless billing. Once logged in the Home Screen provides quick links to common functions including Internet Usage, Important Alerts, Billing Information, Support, and Scheduled Appointments. When logging in for the first time, tap Start and then select a Theme. If you’re unable to restore your User Name or Password, contact Customer Support. Tap Forgot? in the Password field and then tap iHelp on the next screen. Tap Forgot? in the Password field and then tap Mediacom ID or Ebilling ID, Click 'Forgot ID' and enter in Account Number and Zip Code.
